Hey Terry, make sure app is updated and if problem presumes contact ADT. Sometimes the ‘smart’ integrated features don’t work out well and it’s hard to know whether its the hardware or software that has gone array.

More of a high end locking system. It is also integrated with the app. Then your kids can also know the code for the door lock to get inside so you they don’t have to carry around keys. These door locks are becoming more popular as it is one more convenience added to the home. That being said; you are right some may look at these ‘benefits’ and think meh, I’ll stick to my keys. I was with ADT in the 90’s so I would imagine what they offer now is a lot more hi-tech. I have been considering going back with them partially for their door locks. I love how they function. A co-worker of mine was showing me his. They are amazing little devices!

How long were you with ADT for? As of late I have heard some very mixed things. I really want this door lock system but I am worried that the normal system that I require for this will be a pain in the butt like so many have said. I heard of people getting charged a cost increase by as much as 20% by the 3rd month.
