I asked for shipping cost to be returned and they said they couldn’t predict how it would ship. They stay have not returned the money they took from me.

ISmartAlarm is a great security service provider. The fact that it allows smooth automation technology on smart devices and makes it easy to add gadgets differs from other providers who want you to buy ‘packages’ just to get a few sensors.

I am not happy about feeling left in the dark though after getting it up and running. At least when you go with a monitoring company you feel like you have a team behind your back at all times and other customers to relate too. I don’t have any friends with the iSmart alarm system yet I know lots of people with some of these other name brand companies reviewed here.
