I was under the impression that I could use this on my phone and I guess that is a no-go since they do not provide and app service. Bummer! I feel like this place would have been perfect for my family’s needs.

How did it all go for you Taylor? I was debating on Westec but the app not being a feature was a bummer. Still, they were more in my price range than some other companies. I just want to hear from someone with recent experience so I know these online reviews are legit I have been reading.

That was the only downside for me with Westec and it wasn’t even an issue. I spoke to someone and they will be coming out next week to set me up. The prices were confusing but I guess they price you on the space/size of your house and what you need/want.

This far I have been impressed with Westec. The man I spoke to.. I believe his name was Tom, he was very sweet and understanding. I must have contacted them 3 times a day the first week I had the system installed. Very happy over all.
