Call them as inquire about it. Mention you are considering switching your home over to their service. They should tell you basic outlines for them. I have done this several times for companies like this. I didn’t end up going with Blue Ridge because I would have had to pay more for what I got included elsewhere but it helped to ask questions. Also giving them the idea you would have to give up on another provider, they are more open about what they offer.

I will have to continue my search. My cousin out of state has their service was highly recommends it which is why I wanted them to begin with. I guess if you can get them, go for it!

This country needs its own to start supporting each other. I do my best to buy and shop with American made/run companies for auto, tech, and so on. I have been with them for a litter over two months and I have been pleased. One of the service reps I spoke to a good 10 times because of my lack of knowledge and every time he was kind and walked me through everything.
