Most companies have a unit called ‘hardwire translator.’ This can take over most existing equipment and then they will typically replace the control panel. Ademco doesn’t have direct customer service since they are an equipment provider but not monitoring company.

Has a Ademco Vista-15p. Not hooked up to monitoring company. No nothing about use. Battery needed replacement and we did that. Doesn’t work or we don’t know how to work it. Is there a service call available?
